the call hung up when i answered

a person with a very strong indian or middle eastern accent claims to be calling from the U.S. Investigating Dept. states that there is a law suit against me and that my social and residential address will be kept on file. The same exact person called again using a different name. Smells like FRAUD!!!!!!!

This guy called. Me from this number and a blocked number! I was able to obtain an account numnber, apparently certain banks do not protect their client information! I called the FBI, federal trade commission, and the credit bueral! This is a scam! Do not sent them money!

Asked for person regarding personal matter.

Just received a text from the same company and googled the number first to kind of know what to expect. So I called and gave my cell number, per the request of the rep, then he asked if he could ask a few questions about the job I had applied for. I asked which company that was with, as a lot of positions have similar names, and he replied that he didn't know and it would have been a job that I applied for within a 20 mile radius from my zip code. He then asked me if we could continue and answer all his questions and he stated it would take anywhere between 5 to 45 minutes. Still uneasy about the way this is unfolding, I asked what type of questions I would have to answer and then without warning I was rudely disconnected.
